For some people, the sheer amount of superhero movies released each year is overload (if you don’t like them, ignore them, jeez…), but if you’re anything like me, you’ll be just as frustrated that we only get three MCU movies a year.
Well, Marvel are stepping up their game. While we have had Marvel TV shows with slight nods here and there to the movies such as the Netflix shows and Agents Of SHIELD, the films have largely ignored their existence. But now we are getting whole host of new shows coming to the new Disney+ streaming service which are directly tied into the MCU.
We’ve heard announcements that shows such as Falcon and Winter Soldier and WandaVision (based on Scarlet Witch and Vision) are coming, as well as a potential Hawkeye series, but now we have a leaked image for the poster and a logo for perhaps the most intriguing series of the lot, Loki.

Granted, it’s not a lot to go on, but reports of the mini series being similar to Quantum Leap in which we will see how Loki influenced key events in history seem to be true as we can see Jaws is showing at the cinemas, which would take us back to 1975. Does Loki perhaps play the Dalek, Davros in Doctor Who? (NERD FACT: Davros first appeared in 1975. I couldn’t think of anything else that happened in 1975 and I couldn’t be bothered to look it up)
Ok, I might be clutching at straws here for anything MCU related, but it’s something.
Are you looking forward to the new Disney+ Marvel shows? Or do you think we have more than enough MCU content each year? Lets us know below!
